Threads of Hope is a social enterprise founded in 2019 and located in the heart of downtown Cairo. Their primary goal is to provide sustainable work with a holistic approach to marginalized Egyptian women, migrants and refugees. 

Threads of Hope Cairo aims to address the diverse needs and challenges facing marginalized women and empower them to become self-reliant and economically independent. The women are trained in one of the six fine techniques: embroidery, cross-stitch, corded work, ajour, hand painting and natural dye. We aim to produce hand embroidery of the utmost quality to clients in the fashion and textile industry.
